Private enterprise

Practical experience regarding management and production of SME I gained as manager in the Peruvian private industry.

Knowledge and experience regarding small and medium-sized enterprises I really obtained at the beginning through "the hard way". Some eight years I worked as a manager in an industrial, medium-sized enterprise in Peru.

From 1980 to 1984 I was Assistant to the CEO at Explosivos S.A. (EXSA) in Lima. EXSA once belonged to the US-American Cerro de Pasco Corporation and produces civil explosives and welding materials. Afterwards, until 1987, I worked as CEO in Fontargen Latinoamericana S.A., a sister company of EXSA which produced special welding materials for repair and maintenance.
